Responsibilities:
Overall coordination of all stages of the construction project, from planning to delivery of the facility.
Preparation and approval of construction schedules and monitoring their compliance.
Management of the construction process at the facility, including quality control and compliance with safety standards.
Interaction with the customer, architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers of materials for the project.
Estimation of the cost of construction work and preparation of estimates for the project.
Ensuring compliance with the project budget, cost control and cost optimization.
Exercising control over compliance with building codes and standards, as well as environmental and sanitary standards.
Conducting regular inspections of the condition of construction sites and promptly resolving any problems that arise.
Organization and control of the work of construction teams and subcontractors.
Preparation of reports on the performance of construction work and their deadlines for the customer and the company's management.
Management of risks associated with the project and development of solutions to minimize risks.
Resolving administrative and legal issues related to the project.
Requirements:
Higher education in the field of construction, engineering or architecture.
Experience as a general contractor or in construction project management for at least 3 years.
Knowledge of building codes, standards and legislation in the field of construction.
Experience in preparing construction estimates and budgets, cost control.
Knowledge of design and construction programs (e.g. AutoCAD, MS Project and others).
Excellent management skills, ability to coordinate the work of various teams.
Excellent communication skills for interaction with clients, contractors and suppliers.
Ability to multitask and work to strict deadlines.
Knowledge of English may be an advantage when working with international clients.
Experience working with projects of varying complexity - from residential to commercial properties.
