• Skilled in overhead, vertical, and horizontal welding positions.
• Knowledge of joint preparation techniques, preheating procedures, visual and destructive inspection methods.
• Understanding of interaction protocols with supervisory bodies (Quality Control, Safety Standards, etc.).
Challenges and Work Format:
• Employment in a fabrication workshop with high metal throughput and consistent noise exposure.
• Shift-based schedule: 2/2 or 5/2, with shifts potentially exceeding 11 hours due to setup and downtime.
• Welding of complex spatial frames and joints strictly in accordance with technical drawings.
• Use of equipment with varying power ratings, including inverters and transformers.
• Structured team environment with a strict hierarchy under a foreman's supervision.
