CNC Machine Operator

Professional Requirements:
• Technical education in machining or CNC operations.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience working with CNC machines (milling and turning groups).
• Proficient in using control systems such as FANUC, Sinumerik, and Heidenhain.
• Skilled in real-time parameter adjustment and cooperation with setup technicians.
• Ability to maintain high manufacturing precision with minimal tolerances.
• Experience working with various metal types and complex-shaped workpieces.

Production Challenges:
• Work under high workload conditions, including night shifts.
• Constant monitoring of dimensions and tool condition.
• High accuracy required with no tolerance for defective parts.
• Interaction with process engineers, quality control inspectors, and participation in defect analysis.
• Work performed in a climate-controlled environment with high noise levels.
