Responsibilities:
• Assembling components according to engineering drawings and technical schematics.
• Setting up specialized equipment for assembly and testing processes.
• Regularly inspecting tools and components for defects and wear.
• Making prompt updates to accompanying documentation when discrepancies are found.
• Working with pneumatic and hydraulic equipment, installing units on test stands.
• Performing auxiliary tasks, including unloading and organizing components in the warehouse.
Requirements and Documentation:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production areas involving hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Valid EU passport or temporary work permit within Europe.
• Medical certificate confirming fitness for physically demanding work.
• Statement of willingness to work in confined spaces and, if needed, at heights.
• Current safety certification for handling power tools.
• Basic English proficiency (A1–A2 level) required for understanding production instructions.
Conditions and Specifics:
• Workplace located in a greenhouse environment with reduced oxygen levels and limited ventilation.
• Daily production targets set and linked to specific manufacturing cycles.
• Standard 5/2 work schedule, with possible weekend shifts based on workload.
• Breaks are limited during peak periods; designated rest times are scheduled.
• Partial meal compensation provided on working days.
