Scope of Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Preparing raw materials for placement into molds, feeding components according to recipes.
• Working with thermoplastic materials at high temperatures.
• Removing products from molds, cleaning, and transporting them to the cooling area.
• Conducting initial visual defect inspections and completing reports using templates.
• Loading items onto interdepartmental carts for further transfer.
Qualifications, Documentation, and Skills:
• Certification or enterprise-issued permit for operating hot pressing equipment.
• Medical clearance confirming fitness for work in thermal zones.
• Electrical safety certificate (Group 1).
• At least 1 year of experience working with presses — mandatory.
• Language skills not required, but basic teamwork abilities are critical.
• Valid passport or ID with at least 6 months of validity.
Work Environment and Conditions:
• Indoor workshop with potential strong chemical odors.
• Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off, alternating day and evening shifts.
• Strict adherence to safety protocols; PPE provided based on completed training.
• Physically demanding work throughout the entire shift.
• Partial meal compensation and a bonus system based on shift performance.
