Finisher – Generalist

Required Criteria:
• Significant hands-on experience (minimum 3 years) performing a wide range of finishing tasks.
• Skilled in applying leveling compounds, working with tiles and painting materials, and installing floor coverings.
• Ability to adapt to custom design projects and non-standard technical solutions.
• Cleanliness, politeness, and capability to interact professionally with clients when needed.
• High responsibility for the final visual result and project deadlines.

Work Format:
• Finishing and repair work carried out on active sites, including apartments, offices, and commercial spaces.
• Tasks may be performed individually or as part of a multifunctional crew.
• Payment on a piecework basis or fixed daily rate, reconciled weekly.
• Flexible schedule depending on workload and site readiness.
• Personal tools required (partial provision possible if agreed in advance).
