Required Professional Level:
• Valid certification as an argon welder, including authorization for welding stainless steels and non-ferrous metals.
• At least 3 years of practical experience in TIG welding, preferably on projects with stringent technical requirements.
• Ability to work with blueprints, technical diagrams, and metal specifications.
• Proficiency with manual and semi-automatic welding equipment, including independent selection of welding modes.
• No medical contraindications for working in protective gear, confined spaces, and areas with limited ventilation.
Working Conditions:
• Work performed in enclosed production facilities or outdoor sites, depending on project phase.
• Shift schedules of 2/2 or 15/15, with possible overtime during peak production periods.
• Mandatory technical interview and trial weld at the qualification station.
• Tasks executed according to process sheets with quality control via visual inspection and non-destructive testing.
• Possible regional business trips lasting up to 30 days.
