Construction Quality Control Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Monitoring compliance with construction technologies at all stages of the building process.
• Verifying that work performed matches project specifications and regulatory documentation.
• Preparing and approving work completion certificates (KS-2, KS-3) and maintaining the construction log.
• Coordinating with contractors and client technical supervision.
• Participating in acceptance of concealed works, intermediate, and final construction stages.
• Involvement in approving changes and adjustments to project solutions.
• Preparing reports, photo documentation, and controlling work deadlines.

Requirements:
• Higher education in construction engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of regulatory and technical standards (EN, ISO, SNiP, GOST).
• Ability to read project drawings and schematics.
• Skills in managing construction and as-built documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD; Revit is a plus.
• Responsibility, good communication skills, and decision-making ability.
