Email Publishing Assistant

Responsibilities:
• Uploading ready-made email templates into platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue).
• Verifying format, links, images, and subject lines.
• Conducting test sends and preparing error reports.
• Scheduling and monitoring email dispatches.
• Following instructions from the marketing department.

Requirements:
• Responsibility and attention to detail.
• Basic HTML knowledge for email templates is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience with email platforms or willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to follow technical checklists.
• Calm, structured work without direct client interaction.
