Responsibilities:
Monitor, operate, and maintain internal software interfaces and tools critical to the blockchain project’s workflows and data exchange.
Coordinate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless functionality and availability of internal dashboards, APIs, and control panels.
Identify and troubleshoot interface issues, liaising with technical teams to facilitate timely resolution and minimize downtime.
Assist in testing new interface features, updates, and integrations prior to deployment.
Maintain accurate documentation of interface configurations, procedures, and incident reports.
Provide training and support to internal users on interface usage and best practices.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal tools by gathering user feedback and proposing enhancements.
Requirements:
Experience working with software interface operation, IT support, or technical coordination roles, preferably in blockchain or fintech sectors.
Basic understanding of blockchain technology, APIs, and software integration principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal, for clear cross-team collaboration.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and version control is a plus.
