Responsibilities:

  • Assist with organizing digital documents, updating internal spreadsheets, and maintaining structured folders

  • Prepare drafts of simple internal reports, checklists, or status updates using provided templates

  • Support daily administrative routines such as data entry, calendar checks, and follow-up on outstanding tasks

  • Route internal requests to relevant contacts based on established communication chains

  • Track progress of basic task assignments in internal tools and flag items needing supervisor review

  • Help maintain accurate records across databases or shared drives

  • Participate in scheduled check-ins or coordination sessions with administrative staff

Requirements:

  • No prior work experience needed; attention to structure and responsibility is essential

  • Comfortable working with basic office software (Google Docs, Sheets, email platforms)

  • Clear written communication in English (B1 level or above); Russian language is a plus

  • Consistent approach to task execution and willingness to follow instructions step by step

  • Responsible mindset and respect for deadlines in routine operations

  • Ability to stay focused when performing repetitive administrative tasks

  • Openness to learning internal procedures and using checklists or task managers
