Route internal requests to relevant contacts based on established communication chains
Track progress of basic task assignments in internal tools and flag items needing supervisor review
Help maintain accurate records across databases or shared drives
Participate in scheduled check-ins or coordination sessions with administrative staff
No prior work experience needed; attention to structure and responsibility is essential
Comfortable working with basic office software (Google Docs, Sheets, email platforms)
Clear written communication in English (B1 level or above); Russian language is a plus
Consistent approach to task execution and willingness to follow instructions step by step
Responsible mindset and respect for deadlines in routine operations
Ability to stay focused when performing repetitive administrative tasks
