Ensure that user-submitted orders meet internal operational criteria before execution or approval.
Identify incomplete or suspicious transactions and escalate them using established internal procedures.
Work with checklists and system prompts to confirm that each order passes risk control and compliance flags.
Maintain logs of actions taken on reviewed orders to ensure transparency and traceability.
Coordinate with support and compliance teams to resolve edge cases and respond to manual review requests.
Contribute to maintaining a stable and secure order processing environment with minimal delays.
No prior work experience is required; full training is provided during onboarding.
Basic understanding of what trading platforms are and how crypto or digital assets function is welcome but not essential.
Confidence in working with simple digital interfaces (dashboards, checklists, admin panels).
Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks without loss of accuracy.
English proficiency at B1 or higher (basic reading and writing); Russian language is an asset.
Responsible attitude and willingness to follow clear operational instructions.
Availability for full-time work in fixed or rotating shifts depending on operational load.
