Upload and place product cards into the internal catalog system according to defined structure and visual standards
Select or verify product categories, tags, specifications, and images to ensure proper indexing and searchability
Monitor newly added cards for layout errors, duplication, or missing fields, correcting them using predefined templates
Coordinate with the content or vendor support team to clarify unclear product data or images when needed
Ensure that all content complies with internal rules (naming formats, descriptions, formatting style)
Participate in periodic reviews of catalog sections to keep data organized and aligned with updates to the product range
Follow upload procedures and deadlines, maintaining consistency and accuracy across product groups
No previous experience required; attention to detail and basic digital literacy are essential
Confidence working with structured content forms, spreadsheets, or admin panels
Ability to follow clear formatting rules and maintain naming consistency
Basic English reading and writing skills (B1 level or above); other language skills are a plus
Responsible work ethic and readiness to perform routine tasks at stable speed
Interest in online commerce, catalog systems, or product lifecycle processes is welcome
Willingness to learn internal tools and follow step-by-step workflows
